Write to Love - A Sneak Peek...

Here comes Autumn, my favourite season.  It’s been a very hot and humid summer here in Southern Ontario, and I’m not complaining, but it’s nice to welcome back chilly nights and cool breezes. It’s the perfect season, isn’t it, as Mother Nature puts on a fabulous show for us, and if you’re like me, you love pulling on your fleece hoodies, warming up with a mug of hot chocolate or apple cider, and making plans for the upcoming holidays.

My summer was busy and fun, and I’ve been working on my next novel, Write to Love. It’s Book #2 in my Calderone Family Romance Series, and I have had such a fantastic time developing and exploring the characters, and making their lives miserable so you can enjoy every step in their journey to their happily ever after.

 Here’s a sneak peek…

Casey Dunlop named her car after her favourite cartoon character. She also kills people for a living – in her books, anyway. As a newly published murder mystery author with a quirky sense of humour, Casey is both excited and nervous to do her first ever book signing event for Deadly Deeds.

Noel Calderone is an eternal playboy, and the youngest son in one of Toronto’s most powerful and wealthy families. He’s read her book and is determined she will be his next conquest despite their awkward first meeting in the most unromantic and unlikely of spots – the squash bin of a local store.

Casey is a tad dubious of this charismatic and handsome lady-killer who puts her heart into arrhythmia. She just knows she’ll end up in Emergency with a coronary if he keeps giving her his sexier-than-all-other-males-on-the-planet smile. When Casey accepts Noel’s invitation to attend his father’s gala 60th birthday party, she’s afraid she might be in over her head.

As Casey puts her best foot forward to impress Noel and his family, things begin to heat up. But her presence is causing more than a little friction with Noel’s mother. Genevieve Calderone is harbouring an old secret, a secret that could end their relationship before it even starts.
